Individual Therapy

I provide individual counseling to people 14 years and older who would like assistance with concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma. I have experience working with people in the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, I have experience supporting those with relationship and communication skill concerns.
