Get to Know Me

I have always been a curious person. Growing up, "I have a question", was my most frequently used phrase at school. Over time, I found I was most curious about how people function.

As I got older, I had personal experiences with people close to me experiencing difficulty managing their mental health, which further inspired my career trajectory. My professional experiences working with children, families, and adults to manage grief, anxiety, and life transitions have shaped my practice into what it is today. I have extensive training and experience in Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Theory, grief work, and supporting LGBTQ+ clients. I am trained in Level 1 assessment for autism in adults.
I am still curious, and I enjoy supporting my clients in their self-exploration and curiosity about their environment. I do this through techniques related to Gestalt Therapy with an Attachment focus. This is a therapy style which is centered around exploring the impact of one’s overall environment on their experience, as well as how relationships guide the way we relate to the world around us.

In my downtime, you can find me enjoying a low-impact hike, reading, trying new snacks, or spending time with friends and family.
