About my Practice
I strive to create a non-judgmental, inclusive space where life experiences can be explored through curiosity. My approach is centered around exploring the impact of one’s overall environment on their experience, as well as how relationships guide the way we relate to the world around us. In addition, I use a holistic, multicultural lens to look at social and historical contexts. Together, we will attend to your concerns and potentially discover new strategies for relating to your environment to change your quality of life.

I see clients who reside in the state of Oregon for in-person care and telehealth services via video. For telehealth, the client must be located in Oregon at the time of the session.
